Community Updates

The rocks located on the common grounds across from the iron fencing at the 20th street entrance are looking for new homes! If you're interested in landscaping rocks, please feel free to help yourselves to them. They will ultimately be removed to simplify the track of land for landscaping maintenance purposes. Now that the masonry stonework for the 20th street entrance sign is completed, further landscaping and lighting surrounding the sign will occur in the 2026 year.
